  AI Readiness Scorecard and ad measurement
  When you complete our AI Readiness Scorecard, we use your contact details and answers to assess your organisation’s readiness, provide recommendations and respond to your enquiry. We store your submission using Google Forms and Google Sheets.

  The form separately asks whether you agree to us sharing information with Google Ads to measure whether an ad led to your scorecard submission. If you choose Yes, and a Google ad click ID is available, we may share that click ID and the date and time of your submission with Google Ads for this purpose. We will not send your name, email address, phone number, company name or assessment answers through this import.

  If you choose No, we will not use your submission for this Google Ads import. Your choice will not affect your scorecard or our response to you.

  You can withdraw your consent to this sharing at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will stop future sharing based on that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
